Not getting application emails? It's almost always a setting, not a bug:
- Employer Settings → Communications tab → Manage candidate email → choose All candidate applications, and check the box to attach the resume.
- On each job posting: Edit job → Application method → select Send an individual email each time someone applies (not Daily Summary).
- Point it at
hr@stealthmodethree.comorhr@imprintnow.com— whichever you connect above.
Snaphunt
Snaphunt doesn't offer a public API, and it masks candidate contact details on purpose — that's not something to route around. Once you've unlocked a candidate's details on Snaphunt (check if a plan upgrade helps, or ask their support about export options), use + Add candidate on the Pipeline tab to drop them in — it takes a few seconds and still gets scored against the JD.
Keep it syncing automatically
This dashboard syncs on demand. For hands-off syncing even when nobody has it open, point a free scheduler (e.g. cron-job.org) at:
